At GreenLife Bliss, we want every order to arrive safely and correctly. If you experience a problem with your order, we are happy to review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

1. When Can You Return a Product?

You may request a return if:

You received the wrong product.
Your product arrived damaged.
Your product is defective.
Your order is incomplete.
The product received is materially different from the product you ordered.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of:

Opened or used skincare products
Opened soaps or personal-care products
Opened food or confectionery products
Products that have been tampered with
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

This restriction does not affect your legal rights where a product is defective, unsafe, damaged before or upon delivery, or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer-protection requirements.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Where a return is approved, the product should be returned in its original condition and, where possible, with its original packaging and accessories.

GreenLife Bliss reserves the right to assess the condition of a returned product before approving a refund or replacement.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

Your order number
Your full name
Phone number or email address
The reason for the return
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, where applicable

Our customer-service team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is required because GreenLife Bliss sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will determine the appropriate arrangement for return or replacement delivery.

For returns requested for reasons other than an error or defect, the customer may be responsible for applicable return or delivery costs.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

Where appropriate, we may replace an eligible product instead of issuing a refund.

Replacement products are subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution.

7. Refunds

If your return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

8. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation or return may not be possible, particularly for opened or used personal-care and food products.

9. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before another delivery attempt is made.

10. Exceptions

Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Nigerian law.

If you receive a product that is defective, unsafe, damaged, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer-protection requirements, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
